It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Prof Malcolm Chaikin on Sunday. Prof Chaikin was a long-term supporter of the Academy sitting on the Council for many years and as President in 1978-79. Prof Chaikin was an Honorary Life Member of the Academy. Condolences to Malcolm’s family and friends. He will be greatly missed by the Academy.
